We do tell the truth. We do use our own integrity and skill to get through life. We only take or keep what rightly fully belongs to us.

We work continuously on self-improvement across three dimensions—mental, physical and spiritual. This is the way we prepare ourselves to be able to give back in the future.

We believe in empathy not sympathy. We try to understand others. We do not pity others.

We  do not use violence as a means of problem solving, expression or way of communicating our frustrations.

We always make efforts to find healthy ways of expression.

We support legitimate authority. Since there are consequences for disobedience, this is not optional. It is imperative to "fight the right fight", not just a fight.
